All payments are required in full at time of pick-up. As all of the products we sell are perishable items, any refunds will be at our discretion. We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, so please reach out to us for any concerns or issues with your purchase.
All Bouquet Subscriptions are to be paid in full Prior to the first bouquet pick-up date in order to receive your first bouquet. We do not offer any skip weeks for Bouquet Subscriptions, if you plan to be out of town or are unable to pick-up your bouquet for that week you may gift your bouquet to a friend, family member, or neighbor. If you would like to gift your bouquet to someone for a week, please send us a quick email with the name of the person who will be picking up.
