Ready to get planning?? Great! We just need a little more information about your wedding to begin. Click the "Book a Consultation" button to fill out our wedding inquiry form. Answer just a few basic questions about your wedding and we will get back to you with in a couple days to set up a consultation.

Consultations are booked around your schedule. We can talk by phone or sit down in person, whichever you prefer. During your consultation we will talk about flowers, designs, and your specific wedding needs. This can be as long or as short as we need, but it is so important for our designer to get a good feel for your style and your personality, and for you to feel comfortable and confident with us. 

After your consultation the design process begins. First we start by creating a flower concept for your wedding. This is carefully curated to fit within the style/theme of your wedding, and allows us to keep all of your designs complimentary and cohesive. In your proposal you will find a brief design description of each item, as well as visual aides to help us convey the final product. Our pricing will be listed clearly by item as well as by package so that you can add or subtract items to fit your needs and budget. You can usually expect your proposal to be complete within 1-2 weeks.

In order to book your date with us, you will sign our vendor service contract and pay a retainer fee of 20% of your flower design total. We will email you our service contract for signing as well as a payment link for your retainer.  Our service contract is a working contract, so changes can be made up or down depending on your final table/guest counts as needed. 

Approximately 4 weeks out from your wedding date we will reach back out to you to schedule a final flower review. This will allow us to go back through everything one more time to be sure we are not missing anything and to finalize all of our delivery and setup details. Once we have confirmed all of our totals, we will send you an itemized invoice with your remaining balance and payment link. Your final payment is due 7 days before your wedding date.

It's finally here!!! The day you have been waiting for and now you can just sit back and relax as we take care of all of the delivery and setup of your beautiful flowers! And trust me, it will be GORGEOUS!
